Housing Related Services - West Project

 

The Housing Related Services range from support for rough sleepers, homeless people in temporary accommodation and those requiring housing related support to improve their environment and prevent homelessness.

We support people in the following areas

1. To maintain the security of their home.
2. Are given support to maintain responsibility of being tenants or to maintain occupancy of their own homes.
3. Ensure they remain independent without being isolated.
4. Making sure they have the correct benefit entitlements which are properly maintained.
5. Given support when dealing with other agencies, professions and other service providers. E.g. Department of work and pensions, health, housing and utilities.
6. Have the opportunity to build frienships, frameworks and networks of support.
7. Help and support with debt information.
