Mental health recovery begins when you get the right help and support. GAMH has been helping people in Glasgow with their mental health and wellbeing since 1978. We offer free support services for Adults, for Young People, and for Carers.

We also provide free self-help resources and operate the GAMH Community Hub – a mental health recovery space for people supported by GAMH.

GAMH: Supporting people in Glasgow

If you are struggling with your mental health, are providing unpaid care for someone, or are feeling alone and isolated, GAMH can help. Our services are safe, welcoming and managed by our trained team.

If you are an Adult living in Glasgow, you can access help from GAMH through our mental health support for Adults. We offer:

Caring for someone can be rewarding, but it can also be hard and isolating. If you are an unpaid Carer living in Glasgow, or caring for someone who does, you can get help from GAMH. We offer:

Get support for Carers

The GAMH Community Hub is a safe and welcoming place in Glasgow for individuals already supported by GAMH. At the Hub, individuals can:

  • Join wellbeing activities
  • Take part in training and courses
  • Meet others with shared experiences
  • Get help and support from our trained team.

Please note, the GAMH Community Hub is not a walk-in service. To get help at the Hub, GAMH must already be supporting you through our Adult, Young People, or Carer services.
