Safe, welcoming mental health support for Adults

Our services are welcoming, safe and led by caring people who are trained to listen, advise and support you. GAMH offers a range of options to encourage mental health recovery. They include:

  • GAMH Compassionate Distress Response Service: a free, confidential phoneline that offers a safe space to talk about your thoughts and feelings
  • Support groups: friendly, organised groups where you can share experiences, take part in activities, and meet other people who are on their own recovery journey
  • Individual support: one-to-one support based on your own mental health recovery goals and needs.

GAMH also provides services for Young People and Carers, and self-help resources to aid mental health recovery.
