Mental health support for Adults
Mental health support for Adults
Safe, welcoming mental health support for Adults
Our services are welcoming, safe and led by caring people who are trained to listen, advise and support you. GAMH offers a range of options to encourage mental health recovery. They include:
- GAMH Compassionate Distress Response Service: a free, confidential phoneline that offers a safe space to talk about your thoughts and feelings
- Support groups: friendly, organised groups where you can share experiences, take part in activities, and meet other people who are on their own recovery journey
- Individual support: one-to-one support based on your own mental health recovery goals and needs.
GAMH also provides services for Young People and Carers, and self-help resources to aid mental health recovery.
