How to join GAMH Mental Health Support Groups.

GAMH Support Groups offer activities that support your mental health and wellbeing. We focus on three areas:

  • Your mental and physical health: we help you learn to look after your mind and body
  • Learning and trying new things: we help you discover new skills and knowledge

Group activities may include outdoor walks, creative art, cooking, gentle exercise, or online wellbeing workshops. These take place around Glasgow.

All our Support Groups are led by GAMH’s caring and qualified team. We listen to your ideas and shape the activities together.
