The GAMH Community Hub in Glasgow is a safe and welcoming mental health recovery space for people supported by GAMH. At the Hub we offer wellbeing activities, training, and support.

Its aim is to help people build confidence, reduce isolation, and give people the tools to take positive steps towards better mental health.

The GAMH Community Hub is a safe place where people can find support, meet others, and take part in activities that help with mental health recovery and wellbeing. Based in the heart of Glasgow, the Hub is here to help people in Glasgow feel less alone and better supported on the path to mental health recovery.

The GAMH Community Hub supports people in Glasgow recovering from mental health problems. By setting up the Community Hub, we want to help you build your resilience and feel less isolated and lonely.

The Hub is a place where you can meet people, try new things and take positive steps towards recovery.

At the Hub, you can:

  • Join in with wellbeing activities
  • Learn and grow through training and practical courses
  • Spend time with people who understand mental health challenges
  • Get practical help and support from our trained team.

To use the GAMH Community Hub, you must already be using one of our services for Adults, for Young People, or for Carers.
