    Support for Carers

GAMH runs a programme of free training for unpaid Carers living, or caring for someone, in north-east Glasgow. Our training provides information and practical tips on a range of conditions including Autism, Dementia, and mental health.

We work with national charities and local providers to give Carers the information and support they need.

Our Wellbeing sessions give Carers time to focus on themselves. They offer practical tools to support wellbeing. Sessions bring carers together to share experiences, learn new skills, and connect with others. This sense of community can ease feelings of isolation and create lasting connections.
