Donate to GAMH

At GAMH, we care about people in Glasgow who are recovering from mental health problems. We cannot do this work without donations and funding. When you donate, you give help and support to adults, young people, and carers.

Your donation helps to:

  • Give one-to-one support to people who feel alone and are struggling with mental health
  • Support lonely young people grow in confidence and make friends through group activities
  • Train our team to run our Compassionate Distress Response Service, so people always have someone to talk to
  • Offer advice and comfort to unpaid carers who look after others.

Every pound you donate makes a real difference.
