GAMH health and wellbeing activities offer a range of interventions which can help to manage and support good mental health. The programme was conceived in response to requests and enquiries about wellbeing training from our network of organisations in the private, public and third sectors. Our aim is to offer a unique and comprehensive service based on social enterprise principles to help improve the health and wellbeing of staff and individuals.
My Time – Wellbeing Toolkit
Our My Time Wellbeing Toolkit offers a range of holistic therapies and wellbeing training to business and voluntary sector organisations, their workforce and service users as well as private individuals.
These bespoke sessions are designed to improve and sustain positive health and wellbeing. Some organisations use our sessions to help them achieve accreditation such as Healthy Working Lives awards.
Currently we are working with Epilepsy Connections, Royal Mail, Glasgow Mosque, Voluntary Action Fund, Nan McKay Community Halls, Orchard Grove Older Peoples Service, West of Scotland Housing Association and GAMH Carers Service.
We have a team of highly trained, experienced therapists who can deliver a wide range of holistic therapies: therapeutic massage, Indian head massage, reflexology and reiki. Individuals receiving treatments can benefit from a reduction in stress and tension, pain management and improved general health and wellbeing.
I found the class great. I’ve brought Mindfulness into my life and feel like a new person through it. I’m more relaxed, less stressed and more understanding towards people.Older person

This has been the best course I have been on. It has really helped my stress and I feel like a weight is off my shoulders. I feel much more positive, happy and content. It’s been a wonderful experience with a lovely, friendly group and teacher… thank you… I will keep on being mindful.Carer
