My Time – Wellbeing Toolkit
Our My Time Wellbeing Toolkit offers a range of holistic therapies and wellbeing training to business and voluntary sector organisations, their workforce and service users as well as private individuals.
We have a team of highly trained, experienced therapists who can deliver a wide range of holistic therapies: therapeutic massage, Indian head massage, reflexology and reiki. Individuals receiving treatments can benefit from a reduction in stress and tension, pain management and improved general health and wellbeing.
The training team can deliver bespoke Mindfulness training; yoga based postural classes; stress management and self-massage techniques to groups of 12-15 people. The training can offer staff and service users a range of self-management tools to support them to make necessary changes towards a more balanced way of living.
These bespoke sessions are designed to improve and sustain positive health and wellbeing.
