Mindfulness Awareness Session – Half Day Course
Mindfulness training has become extremely popular in the last few years and with good reason. There are so many evidenced health benefits both physical and mental and it can improve our relationship with ourselves and others. It’s easy to learn and this 3 hour session offers you an opportunity to understand what mindfulness is and how it can help you at work and in your life. This short course will help you to create some space in your busy life, learn how to reduce stress and take away some practical mindfulness exercises, that you can apply to your life on a daily basis.
