We are delighted to have been assessed as performing at the GOLD standard in our recent Investors in People Report. This is a fantastic achievement for GAMH particularly considering that only 26% of organisations achieve GOLD. It is a real testament to the commitment and dedication of our amazing staff who really do make GAMH an exceptional place to work. We want our workforce to feel valued and respected, we want to support them throughout their careers at GAMH by investing in their training and learning at all stages of their employment. We believe that this values led approach, develops staff who are engaged with our culture, who are committed, skilled and compassionate when working with people who are supported by GAMH, and who understand that our strengths based, person centred approaches can have a positive and lasting impact on people lives.
