Our Services

Mental health problems affect at least 1 in 4 of all people living in Scotland. GAMH has 30 years of experience working with and supporting people who experience mental health problems and their carers.

We recognise that poor mental health and wellbeing can arise from various life challenges including chronic illness, a long term physical disability and changes in your personal circumstances such as bereavement, family breakdowns and isolation as you grow older. Our support will assist you to feel more confident to deal with these issues and help you to rebuild and protect your mental health and wellbeing.

If you choose to be supported by GAMH we can offer you a range of individualised support and opportunities provided by a trained and experience workforce. Our workers have the knowledge and expertise to help you to identify and describe your support needs and goals based on your own situation. We can develop with you a plan of support which will build your confidence and social networks, help you learn new skills and work towards living your life without planned formal support.
