Stress Management Half Day Course

This course is designed to offer an informative insight in to Stress and the way it affects our daily lives, how it can impact on our physical and mental health and help to recognise the signs and symptoms. The course offers a variety of simple mindfulness based practical tools so that participants can experience the destressing benefits for themselves and these exercises combined with questionnaires, worksheets and discussion encourage self-management on an ongoing basis.
