We are delighted to report that the GAMH Money and Debt Advice Project has secured an additional funding extension until March 2018 from the Scottish Legal Aid Board (SLAB) Making Advice Work Programme. Our partnership project with Parkhead Citizen’s Advice Bureau (CAB), Govan Money Matters and NHSGGC has successfully supported over 300 people with mental health problems to access mainstream money and debt advice since February 2014.
Evaluation by the NHGGC Clinical Governance Support Unit Partnership demonstrates overwhelmingly that people who have used our service feel that their financial situation and mental wellbeing has improved.
